Understanding causes, triggers, and effective treatments for tension-type headache relief
What is Tension-Type Headache?
A tension-type headache (TTH) is the most common type of primary headache, characterized by a constant band-like pressure or tightness around the head. Unlike migraines, tension-type headaches are typically bilateral, of mild to moderate intensity, and not accompanied by nausea or significant sensitivity to light or sound. They can be episodic (occurring less than 15 days per month) or chronic (occurring more than 15 days per month).
