By accessing or using any services provided by Healers Clinic, including but not limited to medical consultations, treatments, diagnostic services, or online platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using Healers Clinic's services, whether in-person, online, or through any other means, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Healers Clinic.
- If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any lawful reason.
- Your continued use of our services following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Appointments and Scheduling
Booking Policy
Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in-person. Confirmation will be sent via SMS or email.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee of Contact for pricing.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend without notice will result in a fee of Contact for pricing. Repeated no-shows may require advance payment.
Late Arrival Policy
Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule to avoid disrupting other appointments.
Wait Time Policy
We strive for punctuality but emergencies may cause delays. You'll be notified if wait exceeds 30 minutes.

- Outstanding balances incur 2% monthly interest after 60 days
Insurance
- We accept major UAE insurance providers
- Co-payments and deductibles collected at time of service
- Non-covered services are patient's responsibility
- Insurance claim denials remain patient's responsibility
- Pre-approval recommended for major treatments
- We assist with insurance documentation
Medical Disclaimers
- Healthcare outcomes cannot be guaranteed and results may vary between individuals
- All medical procedures carry inherent risks which will be explained before treatment
- Alternative medicine approaches may not be recognized by all medical authorities
- Side effects, while rare, may occur with any treatment
- Emergency situations may require immediate decisions without full consultation
- Second opinions are encouraged for major health decisions

Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate the patient-provider relationship with notice

- Violent or abusive behavior results in immediate termination
- Medical records will be transferred upon proper request
- Outstanding balances remain due after termination
- Emergency care obligations continue as required by law
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
Dispute Process: Any disputes will first be addressed through our internal complaint process. If unresolved, mediation will be attempted before litigation.
Jurisdiction: The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms or our services.
Language: These terms are provided in English. In case of any discrepancy with translations, the English version shall prevail.
Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We will notify registered patients of significant changes via email or during their next visit.
